Cleanliness of the (deluxe) room, very comfortable hotelbed, friendly & kind staff & personnel & superb location, walking distance to the busstation as well as the city center of Mersing. We stayed here for only one night on both the onward trip to catch the ferry to Tioman island the next morning & ripon eturn as well to catch the early bus back to TBS, KL.. We pretty much enjoyed our stay @MGH and will definitely stay here again in future. Would highly recommend it to everybody

- accommodated late check-in when we arrived in the late evening on the bus. - super clean room with everything we needed for a short stay. - less than a 5-minute walk from the location the bus from KL dropped us off. - they provide a free shuttle to the harbour where the boats go to Tioman. - ATM very close by (less than 5-min walking distance from hotel). - free water refill in the lobby. - very nice to have kettle and cups provided in the room.

The sheets and duvet were clean,white crisp and very comfortable matress and pillows. The room and shower room was very clean . The location is perfect , literally 3/4 mins walk across the rd from bus station. They provided free transport to the ferry . Water dispenser and complimentary tea was available . Perfect overnight stay for transfer . Eating places close by.

a bit shady looking from outside: looked like a guesthouse inn 🤣 but once u go inside u can spot the front counter and staff working. Easy check in though i arrive late at night, room is comforable but not too spacious, enough for a quick stay. Toilet is fully tiles and very clean. Walkable distance to bus terminal as well plus point 👍🏻

Large parking lot to keep the car for a few days. Daily charge RM10 per car 3. Free shuttle thru and back Mersing jetty 4. Very friendly staff
